Net-I has been super responsive to our small business needs. Easy to reach and makes scheduling easy for any on site work that is needed. The technician that shows up (usually Alex Haggard) is always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and polite. I would recommend this company to anybody that is need of the services that they provide!!!
Jumped on my issue, Bryan anticipated what I needed to have access to knowing that I would be without my normal access (teamviewer) and set that up (splashtop) to keep me working. Kept me in the loop on updates and followed up to make sure I knew the situation was resolved.
