I have been a long time netblazer customer and have recommended netblazer for years. Since gigstream has acquired netblazer the service and customer support has tanked. I can no longer recommend them to provide Internet service to anyone. There are too many days long outages with no communication. Even when calling on a known problem no one knows anything about how long it will take to get it resolved or get a technician out to resolve the issue. If you are singing up for Internet service don't even bother looking here.

Honestly, the customer service and support people have been fine this entire time. The actual internet is another story. I get kicked off the internet 3 to 4 times an hour and can no longer even load web pages... Every time I call they say that there is an outage in my area and are unable to send a technician out until it's fixed. Doesn't seem to ever be fixed. It is cheap internet but I would rather pay a bit more and actually be able to use google, watch tv, and work.

Before Netblazr was purchased by Gigstream it was a reliable and inexpensive option for internet service. Customer service also used to be excellent. Since Gigstream's purchase of NetBlazr it has gone completely downhill. For over a year my internet goes down regularly. When I call customer service I am on the line for 1/2 hour each time going thru the same troubleshooting steps only for the internet to constantly quit on me. Service out for 3+ days over Christmas, call center people not in US useless as they read from script and lie, opened several tickets, no response, no offer of compensation, service wonky again today in snowstorm. I'm done.

Terrible customer support. We have been experiencing very slow speeds at our business for weeks and have not been able to arrive at anything close to a resolution. Endless run around by tech support. Avoid at all costs.

I had netBlazr for 8 years, and there has been nothing but terrible customer service since GigStreem acquisition. What was once a great company is now just another company that doesn't care about customer experience.

Horrible beyond belief. Unreliable internet, if it’s not working then it’s super slow and customer service is even worse, I’ve sent over 5-10 emails with zero response but can get an email about renewing my service.. no thank you.

Horrible service year round. I’ve had netblazr for four years now and the first 3 years were amazing, some outage but that’s understandable. This past year has been awful. Constantly slow and lagging or not working. I’ve tried to get in contact with support for the last 2-3 months with numerous emails and calls with no response. Netblazr has seriously gone down hill. I pay annually and am supposed to get 500 or 1000 mbps but it’s never been that high. It’s usually around 100-150 and if that’s the case I should be paying less... read more
