NR is our IT support manager and they have always been super helpful and fast. If they can't solve the problem with a quick fix (most of the time they can, but on the rare occasion they cannot), they spend time researching and working it out until they come up with a solution that will help. The remote team is easy to communicate with and Sean E. has been incredibly helpful to have in our office a couple days a week.
