Zack has been fantastic. I’ve been using him for a while now…. His price has always been fair. He gives great service and is great at communicating when he is coming out to service the house. They are the most friendly and professional company we’ve had the pleasure of doing business with. We moved to Arvin in June last year and started with a different pest service. We should have started with Never Pest Pest Control, and that’s my bad. I’m just thankful for their continued service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good pest control.
My first service with NP Never Pests pest control so far so good. They accommodated my schedule, Issac was the Service Tech. Very pleasant and professional answered my questions also explain his process and provided contact information if I had further questions or concerns in the near future.
Five stars all the way! Both times Issac has come to service, he has been very kind, polite, and professional. He went the extra mile even letting my dog out to use the restroom, and set the alarm when he left. Zack (or Zach) unfortunately had to receive my after-hours texts because I thought they were open, yet he still took the time to reply. I have struggled to find quality service since I lost Oxley.
