This place is getting worst by the day!! I've been trying to get in touch with someone since last week and this is NOT the first time. My brother is out of his meds, but I'm pretty sure I will have to stop by per usual to get something done!! I asked them multiple times to send me his lab orders via email, they keep saying they will "send it over right now" and I never receive it. Worse patient services ever. Good luck getting the incompetent office staff to answer the phones. They send text and email notifications you can't respond to or dont get a response from. Tell your provider to NOT use them.

The office staff consistently seems to have no idea what’s going on. I got phone calls repeatedly and they did not document the phone calls. They seem to be completely clueless and not communicate with each other. The doctor seems nice. The facility is dirty. Be prepared to be on hold for a long time and then hung up on if you try to call. When on hold you are given the option to leave a message that they will not return. At the front desk there are 5 people and none of them know how to even check patients in for appointment... read more

I have been in search for a good Gastrointestinal doctor. God lead me to an excellent facility!! Years of gerd and painful stomach pain with Lpr. My appointment was over the phone with Esther. She mentioned having an endoscopy. Biopsy for root cause of stomach pain. I mentioned not having a ride home from procedure. She said staff will offer a ride home!! Amazing!! Being a senior is hard but this office is full of compassion. I'm excited to meet the doctor who will be doing the procedure! I'm so at peace.

Your staff needs to be trained before they begin to work. You can never get a hold of anyone and no one seams to know what’s going on when there’s always three to four employees “working” at the front desk. It’s unacceptable and unbelievable! Don’t call and just go in the office because they don’t care about you and your health! As a matter a fact don’t go there!
