This place is a fraud. I have submitted a complaint with my insurance company. They billed me for dates I was never seen. It was to many times to be an accident. My records don't match my billing statements. The visit that I did have was over the phone for 8 minutes. I was billed for a 45 minute visit! You keep calling me for weightloss and liver appointments. Stop calling and trying to schedule me for unnecessary appointments! I was only referred for a colonoscopy. Drove my father in law to his appointment at 8am. He was back in the car by 8:05. They told him they couldn't help him today because it would take too long and they have other patients to attend it. What was the purpose of seeing him if they couldn't help. They didn't care that he was in pain and waited two weeks for this appointment. This was so unprofessional and the worst place ever. Fraud! They just wanted to collect $$
This place is getting worst by the day!! I've been trying to get in touch with someone since last week and this is NOT the first time. My brother is out of his meds, but I'm pretty sure I will have to stop by per usual to get something done!! I asked them multiple times to send me his lab orders via email, they keep saying they will "send it over right now" and I never receive it. They don’t answer the phone. EVER!!!! I have been screwed around for weeks. I was promised a call back last week and of course they didn’t call me, don’t answer the phone.
Worse patient services ever. Good luck getting the incompetent office staff to answer the phones. They send text and email notifications you can't respond to or dont get a response from. Tell your provider to NOT use them.
