This is absolutely the WORST medical office I have ever dealt with. First of all, they CANCELLED MY PROCEDURE the night before it was scheduled via group text message after I had already been on clear liquids for almost 24 hours and started the prep for the procedure. They gave no explanation as to why it was cancelled, other than it was an "unexpected circumstance."
