Gaby was very helpful to me and I felt like we were good friends. The down side is that it was very difficult to get a hold of anybody when I phoned. I tried several times and different phone numbers, and the phone continuously would ring. But kudos to Gaby.
I was extremely reluctant at first, but after calling several times I finally utilized a unit and none of the potential problems I'd expected ever arose. Every person I spoke with over the 3 month period was very professional, helpful, and kind. I can't remember everyone, but I do remember Diane and Jeremy, they were great!
