Friendly service. However, Lisa quoted me $50 but then when I talked to Diana the price was $55. Not a big deal to me since I only need the unit for 2 to 3 months. Move in special was nice at $1.
Lisa couldn't have been nicer or more helpful! I explained to her that as a senior citizen, I am very far from being tech savvy. She was friendly, warm, patient, and good natured with all my questions. Great job, Lisa!

I spoke with Diana.. I am a Cancer survivor and I have memory issues from my treatments... so anything over the phone is not an easy task for me.. After I explained to Diana, she walked me through the whole process. If I could give her customer service 10 STARS 🌟 I would!
