I started going here at New Day once I decided that medication management might be the best for me and my needs. I've gone here for a while now. They have always been so helpful with anything and Dollie is the sweetest. It's very comforting to be in a non-judgmental environment as well as being around those that strive to do well for you and others.
I have received excellent care from New Day. I'm so thankful to have been referred here. As a mom to 4 kids, my mental heath has taken a back burner for the last several years. Crystal Kirby is my provider and she is amazing. I love her! She listens attentively without judgement. She has the ability to deduct what I'm trying to say when I can't seem to find the right words. New Day is my Favorite place to go for my mental health needs and medication management. I can’t tell you how much I love Dollie! She is so sweet and knowledgeable of all my needs. I would definitely consider making an appointment if you have any mental health concerns or need medication management.
If you want someone that is going to have a shred of compassion for you or your situation, stay far away from here. You will get the door opened on you (by your "psychiatrist") and be asked to leave. During my 2nd session, I expressed that the medications I've been on for 4+ years work for me and I was denied and was given a name on google to be treated somewhere else.
