After they took my insurance info 2 weeks ago, they ghosted me. No appt, no call back even though I’ve called 3 times. Who doesn’t return voicemails???? Very unprofessional. You’re supposed to be helping-you’re causing more strife for us. I called my therapist who gave me the name of new beginnings and I told her never mention this place. They can’t help anyone. It’s UNFAIR AND UNPROFESSIONAL!
Interview with doc was great. Very informative. I was told we would start soon after the interview but I’ve not gotten any follow up. I’m not sure when the actual treatment will start, and that does not feel great.
My Son’s “intake appointment” was scheduled by my ex wife. When I called to get more information I never received a call back. I’m going to the appointment today to see how things go but I’m not holding my breath.
A lot of talk and a lot of advertisements. With all your resources you should be able to find somebody more competent than Bryan Reed. He is fun to talk to but does nothing for my mental health!!
Bryan Reed is trustworthy, caring, sincere and easy to talk to. Highly recommend New Direction!
