As someone who's never had any surgeries before and this being my first time, all the stay from the front desk, nurses, and doctor made it such a calm and easy experience. I was not worried during the procedure, and the aftercare I have received was wonderful with followup phone calls. I had a wisdom teeth removal I was apprehensive about. Often times people are hesitant with the stories you hear... I know I was! However, Dr. Sandhu and his team made sure I was comfortable as possible and the procedure was quick and pain free. They answered any questions regarding process before and after too. The surgery & the staff assisting with the surgery were lovely. Went over everything thoroughly with the aftercare. Following up after to check in via phone/text was also great. 5/5. The most challenging part was the admin staff. My initial call to set up the appt I asked for the address. I was told 64th & 120th. I asked what corner/side ie. Surrey or Delta. I had my wisdom teeth removed at New England and it was successful without complications. Both the Dental assistant and Dr. Sandhu were friendly and made the process comfortable. Although my appointment was pushed back due to another emergency surgery, the receptionist(s) were very communicative. The only thing I would advise is to double check with the them to make sure that they send the medication prescription before hand to your pharmacy to avoid discomfort and wait times when needing your post surgery medication. The team at New England Oral Surgery are very knowledgeable and kind. Dana the implant coordinator was amazing!! They setup and emailed me my upcoming appointments right away. They even called me the next day to check in and see how I was feeling after my procedure. Honestly the best dental experience in my life.
