Thanks to the guidance and expertise of Scott at New England Spas - Salt Boutique Spa in Middletown, RI has officially added Traditional Sauna to our offerings. The entire team at NES is professional and knowledgeable. We had a great experience from our initial information gathering meeting with Scott at the Warwick showroom to delivery and installation of three (3) Finnleo saunas at our spa. Highly recommend this business for your spa and sauna needs !
Can't say enough good things about the experience at New England Spas. Scott our salesperson was fantastic, helped us take our time to find the best hot tub for our needs, was able to work within our price range, and was extremelely friendly and knowledgeable about everything from the purchase to delivery to maintenance. The delivery went seamless and fast as well. Would recommend highly.
We bought our original hot tub at NE Spas and enjoyed it for 21 years. It was now time to either replace it or landscape the former location. Mary Gannon answered my call and listened to my story, decision options, and clarified a few items. She promptly provided several hot tub quotes.
