I had a great experience with New England Spas. Scott was fabulous to work with. He is incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions over several visits. He helped me explore all my options without any pressure, making the decision process much easier. The water treatment class right before the hot tub was delivered was also super helpful. Highly recommend this store and Scott’s expert guidance!
We had a great experience at New England Spas in Warwick. Right away we could tell that Scott really knows his stuff. He answered all of our questions and made himself available for when we had even more questions! Our swim spa will be delivered next week and we are so excited!
