We bought our original hot tub at NE Spas and enjoyed it for 21 years. It was now time to either replace it or landscape the former location. The customer service by Scott was very friendly and professional. He answered all of our questions and put us in a hot tub that was right for our budget. His training on cleaning the spa was very informative. The atmosphere was friendly and made you feel like you were part of the New England Spa family.
