We had a fantastic experience working with Scott at New England Spas! His customer service is top-notch, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful. He’s incredibly knowledgeable and made the whole process smooth and easy to understand. His great sense of humor made the experience even more enjoyable. I had a great experience with the team at New England spa. Mary did a phenomenal job orienting us and educating us on hot tub options that would be be best for our needs. Mary was patient and kind throughout the process. Carolyn was A+ with our water class, very informative and kind. Scott was helpful throughout, welcoming, and even helped us carry our bags to our car. Every visit we had to bring our children in and they were all so sweet and accommodating with them being distracting and rambunctious. 10/10 experience.
Deceitful, high pressure and they acted as if they were doing us a favor by allowing us to purchase a spa, a model that wasn’t our first choice, in order to move their in-store inventory. We bought our original hot tub at NE Spas and enjoyed it for 21 years. It was now time to either replace it or landscape the former location. Mary Gannon answered my call and listened to my story, decision options, and clarified a few items. She promptly provided several hot tub quotes. Thanks to the guidance and expertise of Scott at New England Spas - Salt Boutique Spa in Middletown, RI has officially added Traditional Sauna to our offerings. The entire team at NES is professional and knowledgeable. We had a great experience from our initial information gathering meeting with Scott at the Warwick showroom to delivery and installation of three (3) Finnleo saunas at our spa. Highly recommend this business for your spa and sauna needs !
