I would highly recommend Michael Lopez. He helped me purchase a home in the summer of 2020. With his negotiating skill he got me the house I wanted at well under the asking price, and then it appraised for well above the purchase price. Instant equity. Great experience.

David was the perfect agent for me. I was selling a house in one state while living in another. He was very knowledgeable about the value of the home and priced it accordingly. When issues came up during inspection he went over to the house evaluated the situation and arranged for a repairmen to come out. I never had to worry. He kept me informed of where we were in the process and walked me through all the paper work needed for signing.

Dave was fantastic throughout the entire home search/buying process. As first time homebuyers Dave made it really easy for us. He is super patient and didn’t rush or push us to buy any of the many houses we looked at. He was able to schedule home tours whenever we asked so we never had to worry about missing on a house. Michael was awesome! I really made him work for his commission because I viewed many homes over the course of a half a year, and he was always very responsive and helpful. He knows the Baltimore area well and he was always able to answer any questions I had. I would definitely recommend Michael to others!

Mike and his team were very professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. Mike was on top of the buying process every step of the way. He was very organized and never missed a deadline, and was good about reminders and keeping everything on track. He was not pushy at all, and was always comfortable with whatever decision we made. I was particularly impressed with his negotiation skills. He was able to get us the things we were looking for without blowing up the deal. Mike and his team were phenomenal, and I highly recommend!!
