Clean and very, very friendly establishment; wait times can be quite long and may have between 10 to 25+ minute waits between scheduled time and actually seeing your care provider, but staff is highly attentive, friendly and answers most questions you may have so it is worth it. Got both a new pair of eyeglasses and examined/fitted trial contacts here and both were highly welcoming and judgement-free experiences. Highly recommend
Scheduled an appointment online. Received a confirmation text and printed out said confirmation. Arrived today to be told that my appointment was canceled and they were also double booked for that appointment time. I personally didn't cancel and did not receive anything to that effect. The receptionist seemed to not care that I was being inconvinced. This was my first time in this facility and it most certainly will be my last.
After Scheduling Appointment one year ago, did confirmation 2 days before appointment was due. Arrived at the center and received great quality service.
My Husband is very disappointed with his care he received from Louisiana Eye & Laser of New Iberia, La. He payed for Corrective lens in both eyes and only received one in his Right Eye, with no explanation. And no refund from The eye center. The corrective lens he did receive still requires glasses, and as of now are not satisfactory. He feels like he was just a process in an assembly line. Can’t seem to get any response to questions! The wait is lengthy but not too bad, the staff is friendly. I likely won’t be back as I called multiple times about the Dr. labeling me as “Tobacco use disorder” when I’ve never smoked and it is still there. Don’t want to come to a place that refuses to fix incorrect medical records.
