scheduled an appointment online, got a call and email for confirmation but when i went in for my appointment they told me it was the next day and they did not care that I was already there and they didn’t do anything to correct the “mishap”that had nothing to do with me. she told me that the appointments online weren’t accurate. (if that’s the case stop offering online appointment scheduling) the girl at the front desk was also super rude during this whole interaction. definitely will be my first and last time there.
The staff, treatment, and the setting are exceptional! I had cataract surgery done here recently and I was so impressed. The facility is beautiful, then I was treated with knowledgeable and professional staff. The surgery took place at a different location specifically for this procedure and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place and have transferred all of my future care to here.
My experience with the dr was great. She explained things clearly. My experience with one of the receptionist wasn't so nice. She is the heavy set woman with a wrong disposition for a receptionist. I am thankful the other receptionist jumped in and saved the day. I think people who see the public first should have the best personality.
Clean and very, very friendly establishment; wait times can be quite long and may have between 10 to 25+ minute waits between scheduled time and actually seeing your care provider, but staff is highly attentive, friendly and answers most questions you may have so it is worth it. Got both a new pair of eyeglasses and examined/fitted trial contacts here and both were highly welcoming and judgement-free experiences. Highly recommend
The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Both cataract surgeries went well and I can see so much better now. I would highly recommend this provider!
