Surgery part-personnel and facility great! New Iberia office-good At the beginning of the process communication with Alexandria was difficult. Appointment was too long. Follow up was better and wait time was better but I always ask for the first appointment.

Clean and very, very friendly establishment; wait times can be quite long and may have between 10 to 25+ minute waits between scheduled time and actually seeing your care provider, but staff is highly attentive, friendly and answers most questions you may have so it is worth it. Got both a new pair of eyeglasses and examined/fitted trial contacts here and both were highly welcoming and judgement-free experiences. Highly recommend

Experience was good. The only thing I didn’t like was I had to see one Dr and have eyes dilated to see the Dr doing the surgery. Did that, scheduled with surgeon, and saw surgeon. When I saw the surgeon, I had to have eyes dilated again!

After Scheduling Appointment one year ago, did confirmation 2 days before appointment was due. Arrived at the center and received great quality service.

Scheduled an appointment online. Received a confirmation text and printed out said confirmation. Arrived today to be told that my appointment was canceled and they were also double booked for that appointment time. I personally didn't cancel and did not receive anything to that effect. The receptionist seemed to not care that I was being inconvinced. This was my first time in this facility and it most certainly will be my last.
