Clean and very, very friendly establishment; wait times can be quite long and may have between 10 to 25+ minute waits between scheduled time and actually seeing your care provider, but staff is highly attentive, friendly and answers most questions you may have so it is worth it. Got both a new pair of eyeglasses and examined/fitted trial contacts here and both were highly welcoming and judgement-free experiences. Highly recommend
The wait is lengthy but not too bad, the staff is friendly. I likely won’t be back as I called multiple times about the Dr. labeling me as “Tobacco use disorder” when I’ve never smoked and it is still there. Don’t want to come to a place that refuses to fix incorrect medical records.
Had such a wonderful experience with the staff here! Shoutout and props to Tatianna for being so incredibly kind and outgoing and super knowledgeable and communicative the whole visit. Definitely appreciate her energy and help as this was my first time at this center. Everything ran smoothly and fairly quick. Highly recommend.
The Dr. was very courtesy and understanding. He made sure I was comfortable and asked a lot of questions about the problems I was having. The staff was very easy to talk to. I would like to continue getting care from this physician.
This office is always full. The appointment never on time. It should not take 2 hours to see a doctor. I'm never coming back to this office. Sometimes 3 hr. It's un fair how they're process appointment. Both office's are the same way. I'm not going back.
