scheduled an appointment online, got a call and email for confirmation but when i went in for my appointment they told me it was the next day and they did not care that I was already there and they didn’t do anything to correct the “mishap”that had nothing to do with me. she told me that the appointments online weren’t accurate. (if that’s the case stop offering online appointment scheduling) the girl at the front desk was also super rude during this whole interaction. definitely will be my first and last time there.
The staff, treatment, and the setting are exceptional! I had cataract surgery done here recently and I was so impressed. The facility is beautiful, then I was treated with knowledgeable and professional staff. The surgery took place at a different location specifically for this procedure and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this place and have transferred all of my future care to here.
The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Both cataract surgeries went well and I can see so much better now. I would highly recommend this provider!
I was very happy with the care I received from Dr Redmond for my cataract surgeries. He, his staff and his partner were all very professional. I would recommend him to anyone.
This was one of the worst medical experiences in my 71 years of living. First of all, the wait was about an hour and 1/2. Then, the medical assistant misread my blood pressure, then of which the doctor said I would be dead if it were accurate. The upholstery in the examining room was frayed and needed to be replaced about 10 years ago. The restroom smelled heavily of urine. This shouldn’t be how a medical experience is reviewed.
