Great people to business with. We picked a LVT floor and had it installed Monday 6/29/26. Cathy in sales was great, the installer Ryan and his helper Adrian were excellent! They moved heavy furniture with care, did a meticilous install, and cleaned up. I could not ask for a better company. Thanks to All!! See you next time. Rod C
Great people to do business with. Our project was a tile floor 600sqft rip and replace. The installers were great guys, worked hard, and the finished floors are perfect. Such a great experience.
We had a great experience at New Look flooring. Cathy and Kim were so helpful!! It was nice to have their insight when it came to picking out tile for our shower and bathroom floor. Beautiful selection of tiles and a range of price points. Our contractor, Philbin, recommended we go here for our tile and we are grateful we did. We would use them again in the future.
Around 3:40 PM on December 15, traveling eastbound on I-80, a vehicle clearly marked with this company’s branding was aggressively weaving through traffic and cut me off with very little room to spare. The maneuver was unsafe and put others at risk. I’m sure the company may do quality work with floor coverings, but seeing this kind of behavior from someone representing the business reflects poorly on the organization—especially when employees are out on the road endangering the public
I had SO much fun sitting and talking with these wonderful people! I was on a very tight budget and was concerned by the overwhelming amount of choices and was beyond concerned I would NOT be able to afford what I REALLY wanted. However Kim and her WONDERFUL staff sat with me and GENUINELY understood that I needed great carpeting at a do-able and affordable price. Kim promised she would help and she sure did!
