They did a wonderful job in a very timely manner. Colin K**** was the representative that took the time, several times, to come out and discuss options. I would recommend this company to anyone. Cleaned up afterwards. If I need another roof in the future, they will be the ones I call first. Thank you all .

Could not speak more highly of New Look! My new roof and gutters look great. After the storms came through in March, Colin worked with our insurance company to make sure everything was covered! New Look made this whole process easy, and could not have done better work on our home. I will be referring friends and family to New Look in the future!!
I had wind damage to my roof. I contacted Tim H******* and he was here the same day. He worked with my insurance company and got my new roof approved. They put on my roof on 4/19/2023. Tim made sure that all was done correctly and that I was satisfied. I will definitely use them again if I need anything else done.
Contacted New Look Roofing concerning a roof leak on my mothers house. The owner, Julian ****, personally inspected her roof and the issue was fixed at a most reasonable price. I would definitely use New Look Roofing again and recommend the company to others.
I can’t say enough about the service and support the entire staff at New Look Roofing provides. From the initial call, quote, timing, professionalism, and work it was all A+ service. They gave me a 30-minute notification before arrival and finished quickly. They even knocked on the door to confirm they were done and to have a great day. I highly recommend New Look Roofing for big or small projects. Fantastic local company!!!!!
They called and let me know that they would be right out to fix my gutters. My gutters were not aligned correctly when they were installed by another company that went out of business several months after install, so there went my warranty. It was overflowing into my garage...they came out and gave me a free estimate and then showed up to fix them. They were quick, respectful of property, and very proffessional. Will call them again and would recommend them to everyone!
New Look LLC recently installed a new Roof and gutters/downspouts on my ranch home in Plainview. They did an excellent job on the tear off, install and clean up. I highly recommend this company. I will have them install new windows next month. They were recommended by my neighbors. So glad I used them.
