My mom and I recently moved here this past year, and we were really excited to move into our new apartment. The whole process of moving into here was amazing. Two people that really made our experience smooth sailing was Phil and Marvia. Both had welcomed me and my mom with warm and loving energy. Any problems we have had with our apartment, which is little to none, they have been supportive and very good with communicating. We have only lived her for a year and some months and I’ve enjoyed New Neighborhoods.
I've been living here since September and I'm satisfied with the apt special shout out and thanks to Marvia who guided me with everything I needed to uptain, to live here.she is a very nice person.and always helpful.
I don’t understand these reviews. My experience with Patricia and Brandon have been excellent. They are quick to respond and very helpful. When I first moved in to my apartment complex rules were provided- each family were provided the same book of rules and guidelines. I've been with New Neighborhoods Inc. for many years. Since Patricia has taken over management things have been getting done. I no longer have to wait extended periods for service repairs, and any issues are delt with ASAP. She's always available and if not she calls back within 24hrs. She's always willing to help and assist in any way she can, she's attentive to my needs, and very knowledgeable in this field of work. Rosanne has been a great addition to the team. My mother and I have been living at Indian Fields for about 11 years now. The complex has been through countless of managers before Ms. Patricia and Mr. Brandon were placed here by New Neighbors. Since they’ve been here, all that we’ve experienced has been change for good. They truly take on the tasks of taking care of their tenants.
