I placed an emergency, day of, Christmas Eve order to be taken to Ochsner. Placing the order was easy and communication was efficient. From the confirmation email, I noticed that the flowers didn't look like what I ordered and the designer, Juneidra called me back, texted pictures of a new arrangement, and made sure it was delivered. Truly exceptional customer service and on Christmas Eve, no less! 🥹 I would definitely order from them again.

OMG!! I received a delivery yesterday from a very special friend, by New Orleans Flower Delivery. I have lived here my entire life and have never heard of them. I will say now without a doubt they will be my go to florist from now on. The picture doesn’t do this beautiful arrangement justice at all. It’s absolutely beautiful and so fresh. ❤️

After breaking my left leg running, my amazing work friends sent me this arrangement. Considering my love off puppies and the fact that it even had a bandage on its left leg, this was the brightest spot I had in a very long week. 10/10 would recommend

So BEAUTIFUL! I absolutely love the flowers! The variety and quality are both on point && the vase/balloon HBD combo is super cute and fun! Very satisfied costumer! The very ONLY thing I would change is that it didn’t have who sent the flowers/who it was from so for a second there it was a little mystery(maybe HIGHLIGHTING the senders “From” before checkout would be massively helpful).
