I purchased glasses from Lenskart approximately 4–5 months ago and recently encountered an issue with the fitting over the past two days. Upon visiting this store to resolve the problem, I found the service to be inadequate. I was informed that my glasses needed to be sent to the lab, and that the issue would require 4–5 days to be addressed.
