Prices & spaces were great until business was sold & prices were raised. However, there were a lot of issues since the units were run remotely. Not really liking the new exit keypad but, I’m sure it’s for higher security measures. Our enclosed unit let in so much dust, dirt, bugs, & mice droppings on our boxes & items. This is in spite (or due to) our exterior unit having a garage style door. Hopefully this will be addressed with the new owners and higher fees. Wow! What a difference a new management team can make! Now, anytime I call here I get a LIVE PERSON!! And it's a fully automated site! I love the convenience of that! All paperwork is done online and they even provide the lock for you. SO EASY!!
