Maggie is great to work with. Super personable and easy to get along with I trust my property with New Smyrna Stays! We switched to them back in March, and they were able to get us the same amount of rental income in seven months that our old company got us for the whole year. Safe to say, we have found a new partner 😊
New smyrna stays is a horrible management company. They offer guests huge discounts to get good reviews without the permission of the owners. They also charge additional fees to the guests that are in addition to vacation platform fees. Look at the details before you book your trip with them. They add on procssing fees and administration fees in addition to getting paid a commission from the owners . Double dipping!! RENTERS BEWARE!! Company does not do their due diligence! You may be renting a unit that is already booked! I know this has happened to me and other renters. I placed a large down payment on a unit a year in advance. The property owner switched to this company and is allowing the property to be rented for the same week even though I have already put money down.
