This facility and location provides convenience with safe and secure storage. The staff are all extremely professional and have been extra helpful calculating my storage needs. I was exceptionally impressed by the accessibility and ease of navigating the property to load and unload as well as long term parking options. We recently purchased some equipment in Mansfield and needed a place to store it for a few weeks so we could transport it back to Cincinnati. We called this establishment and the owner came out on a rainy day after hours to help us get our equipment in. They are thoughtful, kind, and take care of the customer. Hands down the nicest storage units in the area! If you’re looking for a place to keep your treasured possessions safe this is the only place to go! I’ve had nothing but a great experience! Love the lighting and beautiful new units with fencing surrounding the property that keeps it safe for you and your possessions! Easy to access and book with great management!
We needed a small space to store our kayaks. Wes was extremely helpful in explaining their process when we called about the rental. The unit is new and very clean. The whole process can be done online and codes are assigned for entry. Highly recommend!!
Easy to work with staff to accommodate our needs. Inside and outside storage spaces are very clean and well kept. The added security and being well lit and night is a plus for us to come and go as we need to. Would highly recommend anyone with storage needs to use new space storage.
