The thoroughness yet ease of renting a space with this company was fantastic. They also called after I rented to make sure I understood the process and nuances; I appreciated that very much. Getting in the gate with my code, find the space, and employing the lock were all extremely simple and exactly as they’d described, and the spaces are perfectly clean. I haven’t needed to use a storage facility in years. My last experience wasn’t pleasant. New Space Storage has been wonderful. They answer my questions whenever I have them and they are prompt about doing it. The facility is nice and clean. I love the security gate so I have to worry about someone breaking in and messing with my stuff. There is no hassle during the rental process. And no hassle during the moving out process. I had to upgrade to a bigger size unit. When I call they were very helpful and got me in into a bigger unit. I would recommend them to anyone the place is very clean and well lit at night. Great prices from what I am getting. So convenient where to where I live easy in and easy out of the secure gates.
Omg, by far this is the best storage units available! It was easy to rent online, your choice of insurance coverage. Free lock w, 3 keys. Wes gave excellent customer service with great detail made me feel very safe, and at ease The place is lit up, clean, they even provide free air!!!!! I love having my belongings just 4 miles down the road .
We just rented a storage space and management was wonderful. Very responsive to our request and efficient in getting us signed up for our unit. A very seamless process with excellent service.
