It is unfortunate because the doctor himself is extremely professional, but the staff at the front desk are rude. I have a straightforward, no nonsense tone and wow, my MRI office called the bone and joint office Keith whom was supposed to help hangs up the phone. I had to call back and remind him that he is to remain professional regardless to my tone. Dr Martin was wonderful. He listened to me and took me seriously after numerous doctors dismissed my pain. He got me the proper testing ordered and had me diagnosed with a pain treatment plan within a week or so.
I saw Dr Martin urgently at the midtown location on 55th St for an extremely painful shoulder. I was able to book an appointment online within 12 hrs. He was excellent, kind, and competent. He treated my shoulder and I felt almost completely better within 6 hrs. We were vacationing from out of town and he saved our vacation! Thanks Dr Martin
I have been struggling with Sciatic Nerve Pain, and I know a lot of the relief I have experienced is due to what I learned from working with the skilled and caring staff at All Sports. For one they can’t even update their Google Maps location. I went for two office visit only to wait an hour each time. The doctor would take all but 5 mins. to see me to tell me I had a torn meniscus after my MRI. I was livid because I even showed up early each time to wait an hour with no end in sight.
