It is unfortunate because the doctor himself is extremely professional, but the staff at the front desk are rude. I have a straightforward, no nonsense tone and wow, my MRI office called the bone and joint office Keith whom was supposed to help hangs up the phone. I had to call back and remind him that he is to remain professional regardless to my tone. I saw Dr Martin urgently at the midtown location on 55th St for an extremely painful shoulder. I was able to book an appointment online within 12 hrs. He was excellent, kind, and competent. He treated my shoulder and I felt almost completely better within 6 hrs. We were vacationing from out of town and he saved our vacation! Thanks Dr Martin
Dr Martin was wonderful. He listened to me and took me seriously after numerous doctors dismissed my pain. He got me the proper testing ordered and had me diagnosed with a pain treatment plan within a week or so.
Horrendous practices. Currently revisiting a dispute that was verbally communicated as settled for a non-treatment of my wrist fracture. Got hit with the bill 1 year later and going through headache nonsense for a false claim. AVOID or be very clear in what they are trying to bill you after the visit.
I have been struggling with Sciatic Nerve Pain, and I know a lot of the relief I have experienced is due to what I learned from working with the skilled and caring staff at All Sports. The level of connection and passion I experienced and received from the highly skilled staff helped me remember how important doing my exercises and taking control of my condition can be.
