Dr. Popovitz and Dr. Tarwala have got to be the best doctors on the planet. I’m only 2 weeks post op and I’ve been able to get down to one crutch because of their work and my consistency with prehab/rehab. The front desk ladies are so sweet, helping with doors and water before/after visits, and getting me scheduled for follow ups/ pt. Whatever you’re paying them double it. 🤣🥰
TERRIBLE BILLING AND CRUMMY BUSINESS. This place will charge you an insane amount of money and not honestly disclose the costs up front or even in the invoice they send to you. There is a “Office OP New Low 30…” charge that was not on the invoice sent to me via mail or communicated to me at all. When the balance sent me was not adding up they first said they will correct it and then they never did. Doctor was okay, but similar to all the other reviews here the billing department is horrendous. They need to do a MAJOR clean-up in that department given that a year later I continue to be harassed to be sent to collections for a late bill despite being told multiple times IN WRITING that my bill has already been settled by insurance. These Drs are absolutely amazing! The staff here is polite professional and treat their patients with compassion! They literally got my quality of life back using PRP therapy in my shoulder !
Felt like a high turnover insurance mill. The doctor cancelled last minute and they sent me an email. Good thing I checked my email prior to showing up. The receptionists are mendacious and have no shame lying right to your face. Do not trust the wait times as they routinely overbook. Also no xrays or MRIs on site so its not really urgent care. You might as well go to a normal medical practice.
