Giving 5 stars to all the staff that has helped me during my time renting at Newburgh Storage. They have been patient, helpful and kind. Shout out to Jossef whom I have spoken several times and has helped me out a lot. The facility is clean, safe and the storage space is big for the price paid. Will be renting from them whenever needed. Definitely recommend!
Dieter was very helpful in transferring my daughter’s storage unit to my name. He clearly explained each step of the forms I needed to fill out and sign. Very satisfied with customer service as well the cleanliness of the storage facility. Keep up the good work!
