My first time renting a storage unit and it was the easiest process! The unit is clean and spacious...I feel my things are protected. Whomever I spoke to on the phone was also pleasant. Just know you have to also purchase insurance, which is probably standard; I just had no idea, but it makes sense. Highly recommend.
I preface this with, the people both in the remote booking/customer service process and those locally who manage the site have been kind and accommodating. We unfortunately have to move out to another location because of the fact that nobody resides in the office, making the facility the wild west. The gate has to be watched if you are making a visit to your unit. A few of the people they rent to are to be watched and those tenants feel as if they can do whatever they want, while our experience was faced with an unstable RV ... read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Customer service is absolutely terrible. The people renting a storage space are keeping your business open and you could care less about your customers. I don’t care how many times I pay late, I’m the one paying the late fees. This place waived 2 late fees for me and each time was due to a death in the family so I needed more time to pay. Just had another death in the family and I asked to have the late fee waived and the guy Jonathan told me they only allow 2 per year!! That’s crazy and it’s... read more
