The staff are excellent and friendly to work with. I believe the pricing is absolutely on par with other area storage units. What I appreciate about Newburgh Elite is how easy it is to work with the team and staff. A couple of mentions include Kristine whom I spoke with regarding updating the billing account. Giving 5 stars to all the staff that has helped me during my time renting at Newburgh Storage. They have been patient, helpful and kind. Shout out to Jossef whom I have spoken several times and has helped me out a lot. The facility is clean, safe and the storage space is big for the price paid. Will be renting from them whenever needed. Definitely recommend!

Clean, secure, and convenient storage. Customer service is good too, Jen was particularly helpful resolving a billing dispute for me. Would definitely use them again.

Dieter was very helpful in transferring my daughter’s storage unit to my name. He clearly explained each step of the forms I needed to fill out and sign. Very satisfied with customer service as well the cleanliness of the storage facility. Keep up the good work!
