Brought my dog to this vet after 3 years of taking her to another clinic, where they were fine for picking up monthly meds and annual shots, but could never actually solve an issue when she was sick. After being charged an arm & a leg and my dog still having the issue a month later, we brought her to Dr. Gregg. I picked up flea treatment for my bunny and his rug. The prices are fair and the vet is exceptional. I drive 40 minutes and past 3 other vets just to take Shamrock here.
Toya is really kind and good at explaining things! and even though my dog is a little crazy when we are there she still makes us feel welcomed and not rushed.
NewDay has a wonderful and caring staff and veterinarian. We were able to get a quick assessment for a tiny stray kitten in decline. Our entire visit (despite sad news) was helpful, informative, and compassionate.
Took my two 3-month-old kittens, Ellie and Greta, in for their first appointment this morning. The experience was amazing. Dr. Gregg and her staff made an impression on me as extremely knowledgeable and caring, and they offer a wonderful year-long wellness plan and online scheduling. I look forward to bringing them back for another check-up in three weeks! -Ben
