This was my first time going to this vet and it was very easy to book an appointment online. I was able to get in with my little dog bear who's almost 15 yrs old and wasn't feeling well. The staff and Dr. Serrano were very caring and kind. Dr. Serrano looked at Bear and explained that she thought he was having advanced kidney failure. She asked if we wanted to do some blood work to verify what was going on with him and her staff explained all the cost before proceeding. This location is MUCH better than the winter garden one. It's brand new and the staff is actually kind and attentive. I will be coming back. The vet actually listened to my concerns and I can tell is looking for the best care!
