Amazing care for our 11 year old girl! We were so nervous trying out a new vet and team after moving but Dr. Connelly and David really made us feel like we've been coming for years! Thank you both for everything and Squirt appreciates your care too!!
Melissa, David, Lauren, and Dr. Connolly were all so very kind, welcoming, and insightful in regards to the different aspects (insurance, recommended medications and foods, wellness plans, vaccinations, and more) of caring for our puppy. Our puppy had a great experience and had no issues with nail trimming and vaccinations. I would definitely recommend their services to friends, family, and even strangers. We did not feel pressured by any means to make any decisions.
Wellness club members for a while, good to have some type of insurance in case of emergency. Unfortunately an emergency came yesterday and I called to get my dog in. I was told initially that due to her muzzle and medication there may not be much that could be done for her. The dog is muzzled become she's tough to get out of the car and she'll snip but once inside she calms down and hasn't had an issue with any tech or Vet at that location. Fantastic service and results. We drove to the Jax location from Amelia Island for a same day appointment. Dr Connolly was kind, knowledgeable, asked good questions and listened. Would go back there again, it weren’t so far from home.
Some really good people here that truly cares about your 4-legged family member. Li'l Bro really enjoyed the visit.
