Melissa, David, Lauren, and Dr. Connolly were all so very kind, welcoming, and insightful in regards to the different aspects (insurance, recommended medications and foods, wellness plans, vaccinations, and more) of caring for our puppy. Our puppy had a great experience and had no issues with nail trimming and vaccinations. I would definitely recommend their services to friends, family, and even strangers. We did not feel pressured by any means to make any decisions.
Some really good people here that truly cares about your 4-legged family member. Li'l Bro really enjoyed the visit.
This was our first visit with our puppy, Athena, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the care she received. My wife Scenic brought her in for a routine check-up and to get a few welts on her back looked at and from start to finish, the team was gentle, thorough, and incredibly kind. Our dog has reactivity issues and taking her to the vet has always been an ordeal. Dr. Connolly and her staff were wonderful about allowing us to participate in her care and take steps to make sure that everyone stayed safe while our dog got the care she needed. They were also more than accommodating to us when we asked for a Telehealth visit for a complaint to keep things as low drama as possible. I had a very disappointing experience with the veterinary services here. Initially, I had an appointment scheduled for 4:30, but I was called and told there were multiple cancellations, and they had earlier openings. I arrived around 1:20, only to be told I would need to come back at 2:30 because they were in meetings. I understood that, so no issue there.
