I am so much happy with the service this fertility centre gave me. I started my blood work in july and they have supported me with every step. Nurses and doctor all are very knoweledge and skilled. I came to brulington location every week for all my test and scanning. Finally we are pregnant naturally. Thanks God and evrybody who supported me. I specially want to thank Dr henning and team. Laughably bad. These people wasted our precious time and resources. I have received far more considerate and empathetic bedside manner for my toenail fungus. There is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about Newlife (at least their Hamilton location—though I can't imagine their others are run very differently). Wost experience from the booking department, especially Ms.Sakena, the worst women ever, disrespectful, not considering people's problems, and very slow. I don't know why they hired her there. If you can't work and you're slow, then leave, or she should get fired. If you call and press her ext 107, it goes directly to her voicemail, and her voicemail is full. UPDATE: dr. Henning Admitted to me that he never viewed what medication that I was taking when he intuok me as a patient and therefore didn't bother to see whether or not that medication would have an impact on pregnancy or any interference with any of the other medications that they prescribed me. "That was my mistake" he says, After charging me multiple hundreds of dollars for medication that they claim cannot be prescribed from actual pharmacists because they "do not make money from it". I do not recommend this clinic as they can't be bothered to pick up the phones. Good luck getting your records moved to a different clinic, I've been waiting 2 weeks and still nothing.
