My wife and I have been doing fertility with New Life and so far the best ultrasound tech has been Magdalena who has been gentle and compassionate and informative every time we have been able to see her. Other ultrasound tech don’t say a word they don’t tell you before they do something and then are very aggressive with their tools. Women have to go through this over and over it’s not a once and done . I would hope other ultrasound tech see this and understand how they treat each women matters . New Life was amazing to us. We are currently expecting our little guy in the next few weeks. I did most of my testing at the Hamilton location, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The receptionists were fantastic and organized. I had my egg retrieval and transfer at the Mississauga location and our experience was great. I would also like to thank Dr.Soliman for helping me through my IVF journey and it being successful. Taylor Turner, please get in touch with me! We had a very similar horrific experience with the Doctor going even further when you bring up his appointment behaviour (Touching)! I have been holding my review back as my wife and I are at another and legitimate clinic that actually is going to their very best to help us at One Fertility!! NewLife is horrendous, however fertility clinic options (especially more affordable ones) are extremely limited so if (this is a big if) you have no other choice but to go to NewLife, please please please make sure you do your research about fertility as you will not receive any legitimate help from this clinic. I am so much happy with the service this fertility centre gave me. I started my blood work in july and they have supported me with every step. Nurses and doctor all are very knoweledge and skilled. I came to brulington location every week for all my test and scanning. Finally we are pregnant naturally. Thanks God and evrybody who supported me. I specially want to thank Dr henning and team.
