Laughably bad. These people wasted our precious time and resources. I have received far more considerate and empathetic bedside manner for my toenail fungus. There is absolutely nothing positive that I can say about Newlife (at least their Hamilton location—though I can't imagine their others are run very differently). Very poor experience here. 1. They provided a medication with no written instructions on what the medication does, how often I am supposed to take it, etc. This medication also costs $100 that you need to pay up front, but they call you later in the day to tell you whether you can take it or not. This is non-refundable 2. Multiple times they have messed up my appointment times. Wost experience from the booking department, especially Ms.Sakena, the worst women ever, disrespectful, not considering people's problems, and very slow. I don't know why they hired her there. If you can't work and you're slow, then leave, or she should get fired. If you call and press her ext 107, it goes directly to her voicemail, and her voicemail is full. Very unprofessional and give you contradictory statements and when you ask them to clarify they don't respond.i have been trying to get my reports for months ,first they told to complete the testing and they can't do it without it ,I told them I can not continue with Dr Henning due to religious reasons as I am not comfortable having a procedure done by a male doctor .they gave me a consent form to fill for release of information and when I submitted it they told he won't give me the results without completing the monitoring ... read more
This fertility clinic is only useful for getting blood work and ultrasound done quickly in early pregnancy. There were SOOO many errors and simple things that can be prevented if they slowed down and read things before communicating with the patient. Doctor read me my results from my March miscarriage ultrasound and not the May ultrasound I completed that day- thankfully everything was good but triggering. He laughed like it was a joke to him.
