The worst place and doctor to see is Dr. Bedi. I’m surprised as how his license hasn’t been revoked yet. Such an unprofessional doctor and could anyone from the clinic explain how can they make every patient wait for 3-4 hours normally for an appointment. Is it a joke? Just to make money he always overbooks. Someone from the health ministry should take this thing seriously and suspend his licence for being so unprofessional and irresponsible. Would never recommend him to anyone ever
I had a disappointing experience at this clinic due to the unprofessional staff. There was a lack of apologies for their behavior, which left me feeling disregarded and frustrated. Pointless making an appointment if you were casually asked to wait "unattended" for an hour. The receptionist said this was normal, and I was the one who was overreacting. How would I expect to go through my whole journey with NewLife if my first experience was so awful and upsetting.
I am extremely disappointed with the lack of patient care, accuracy of information and office management with Dr Bedi and his office. Dr Bedi consistently overbooks. patients. On both occasions i had a pre scheduled appointment and waited 2 hrs to be seen. Wait times are unacceptable. At least give me fair warning when i come in for my appointment if Dr is running behind, then at least i have the option of waiting or not. Rude receptionist lady. She doesn't make anyone feel welcomed walking into the clinic. She also tried making us pay for sperm wash again when it was already paid. Phlebotomist and ultrasound ladies were nice.
Worse clinic ever!! Not wondering why they have so bad reviews. Their scheduling system is a joke. Waited 3 hours to see a doctor and the next time appointment was cancelled without notification.
