This people, they're a joke!! unprofessional I did my tests here, and they give me a doctor who is name is solayman he didn't care about me as his patient, he spoke with me for 10min in the phone without explaining anything! Unprofessional...,I want to give ziro ! terrible experience, and in the end of that ,I wanted my test results, which I pay to get them, until today I never get them, keep calling them, nobody answer me ! I want to speak with the manager, that's not acceptable to treat people like that ......!
If you can, go somewhere else. Issues: - no clear instructions before clinic visits, making you ill prepared for any tests they invite you to do. - did not communicate that our Toronto doctor left the team and then sent an email a few days later saying that my email couldn't receive the notice about change in doctor. I had such a great experience with this clinic, “New Life Fertility” at the Scarborough location. I don't know how to say thank you for this happiness, after Sixteen years right now I am nine months pregnant, and we are impatiently waiting for our beloved boy.“New Life Fertility” changed our lives. The staff here are very friendly and polite. The lady who takes blood here is particularly gentle. The only two things that I found frustrating is that at times times it felts like I was chasing prescriptions between my general pharmacy and this clinic. Also it would be great if they were open in the evening as I work late.
