NEWMAN’s Heating and air conditioning I’d have to say is the best contractor I’ve dealt with regarding my A/C. Great service great results, and no complaints from service and price. I’d have to say NEWMANS will be the only contractor I’ll ever call again!!! Definitely will be using them from now on!!

Newman’s Heating & AC was one of four companies I got estimates from to replace my water heater and boiler. Rafe was extremely professional and respectful; he even took off his shoes before walking into my house. He gave me the best price of the four and provided the estimate in writing. Two other companies only gave me a verbal quote and never sent a written estimate. I literally saved thousands of dollars with Newman’s. Stay away from this company. My tenant's HVAC was tripping the circuit breaker. They charged me two full hours of diagnostic to tell me that 1) a crack on the drain pan is likely causing some electrical components touching the pan. 2) the whole unit needs to be replaced because it will cost north of $4000 to just to change the pan I went to my tenant's place afterwards. I've worked with Newman’s for HVAC service and installations at two commercial properties I manage, and they've been excellent. The owner, Ken- is honest, knowledgeable, and always responsive. I trust Ken and his team completely. His team is professional, reliable, and does quality work. I also have used them at my personal home for my AC unit needs. I highly recommend them for any commercial or residential HVAC needs!

Highly Recommend! I placed a service call because my unit went down on a hot day. Moe came quickly and diagnosed our problem within minutes. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He even went above and beyond looking over the whole unit. The part was quickly replaced and he even cleaned out a little mice nest from the unit. I would use Newman again and again!
