Willis is awesome! He was fantastic to work with leading up to our stay and a pleasure the entire time we were there! The facilities are all very clean and nice, even the older shower house was very clean! All the neighboring campers were friendly. Overall, this was a great stay. Although there were no children with us, the playground looked in great shape and well kept! My only real suggestion would be the addition of a pool or hot tub. Nice clean rustic cabin. Very friendly staff, and very clean and up to date full bathrooms. Plenty of hot water although the water pressure was a little lacking in the showers. Although the campground is behind a questionable neighborhood, and next to I-40, it was a quiet. I would recommend this campground and would stay here again the next time I am camping in this area. We did notice the following issues with the cabin. 1. The door hinges were a little loose causing the doors to scrape the floor. 2. The half bathroom ... read more
The new manager has really turned this place around!! He is so nice and kind and takes you to your spot on a golf cart (and I pulled in at 10 PM!!). He has remodeled the bathrooms and showers which are great and modern with log cabin nice feel, And it’s overall just a peaceful pretty place.
This campground is very clean and well kept. The sites are great. Katie, in the office is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Willis, the manager, is very friendly and is always working on the campground to make it perfect for the campers. Great KOA and will be back n cut year.
Very nice place. Staff is awesome. Clean property and bathrooms are awesome. Management is amazing keeps everything running smoothly. He is always somewhere in the park and available if needed.
