I had a great experience at Newport Jewelers! Jacob was friendly, efficient and helpful. He special ordered a watch band that complimented my 1939 Hamilton along with cleaning and lubricating the movement. It looks and runs great! Thank you.
I can’t recommend this jeweler enough! I accidentally broke my diamond ring at the gym — it was completely bent and a few small diamonds had fallen out. I honestly thought it couldn’t be fixed, but he worked pure magic! My ring looks absolutely perfect now, just like new (maybe even better!). The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and care he put into restoring it were incredible. Super friendly, professional, and fast service too. Jacob gave top-notch attention throughout my interactions with him. I had come in to have my watch battery replaced, but in trying to do so, he had cracked the crystal on accident. Took accountability for it then responded promptly with ordering and installing the parts with insistence that he would not charge me for the work.
