Thought I needed to add a link to my Rolex watch band nas was to tight. Jacob took a look at it and made some adjustments to the linkage and it now fits perfectly. Very appreciative of his skill and expertise. He also took the time to educated me on the proper maintenance needed over time to ensure my watch continues to run like the day it came out of the factory. Newport Jewelers was a true pleasure to work with. I brought in several items in need of repair. He inspected them and made some suggestions to make clasps more secure. He did an amazing job, my jewelry was so clean and shiny and most importantly safe and secure to wear again. I have found my forever jeweler! The owner, Jacob is very knowledgeable and such a nice gentleman, he has been in buainess for 45 years! My diamond came out of my wedding ring after 40 years of wear and he was able to replace the setting and reset the diamond within a few days. He has attention to detail and let me tell you my ring was sparkling when I picked it up, it looked brand new! If you need any kind of jewelery repair or even a new watch battery, I recommend Newport Jewelers.
