We are always seen on time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Kates has left the practice in good hands.
All 3 of my children (6 and under) had dentist appointments on the same day and I will say I had some regret scheduling that as I walked in. My oldest felt nervous going there. The car ride was mostly rapid fire questions. The hygienist who took care of her, made her feel extremely comfortable. She can't wait to go back! My middle son, who has a language and speech delay, had great hesitation getting into the chair but everyone was very patient with him. We got in within a reasonable amount of time. Once in the chair, all attention was placed on my daughter and the work on her teeth. The person working on my daughter's sealants, explained everything that she was going to be doing and re-iterating those steps as she was doing them for my daughter. We were in and out before we knew it. Great experience!
