I recently visited Newport Racing & Gaming, and I must say, it was an absolute blast! The moment I stepped in, I was greeted with a vibrant atmosphere that set the tone for a fantastic evening. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made sure I had everything I needed to enjoy my time. The gaming floor was impressive, with a wide variety of slots and Historical Racing Machines that kept me engaged for hours. My friend and I met up there after my dentist appointment. Man we had a blast. They give you $50 to start with and I won $50+ so I still came out ahead. And she won as well. She was disappointed they didn't have poker though. The fish and fries are beyond delicious. For the price you should get an extra piece of fish instead of a million fries. But regardless it was delicious and very hot. I Will Go Back Again ASAP. Thanks Newport racing and gaming for a great time
Last year (2023) it was a great place to go play slots. Had a good chance of winning more than I lost. But management changed (& the food menu changed not for the better) & now in 2024, I just can’t win there. I’ve pretty much stopped going now because losing most of the time is not fun. They have taken popular machines out (No Quick Hits now!) I wish their slots hadn’t been tightened up. Seems unfair to customers. So I’ll likely stay away & just keep my money. Newport Racing & Gaming has poor air circulation and bad temperature regulation, especially in the thoroughbred horse racing room, the OTB. Also, it smells like cigarettes throughout. Upper management isn't closing the place down periodically for deep, steam cleaning and sanitizing. #Lungs #Breathing #Respiratory #Health
I used to like this place my money would last a lot longer and I would win some. I never minded that it's a smaller casino , most employees are nice but sometimes they interrupt my game with non stop emptying my ashtray , I guess they are trying to get tipped but it's too much . When someone is in bonus it's so aggravating but My big complaint is the last two weeks I've spent hundreds at a time equaling a thousand or more and only get tiny bonuses.
