An underwhelming experience, compounded by having them ship the deceased's remains to the wrong location after numerous discussions and confirmations about where they should be sent. I'm not anticipating ever having to require such services in the Paradise CA area again so selecting an alternate provider isn't an issue for me. For those in the area I'd certainly give other funeral homes some consideration before making a final decision.
When my mother died we went to Newton-Bracewell. They are so kind and thoughtful as they walked my sister and I through the process. We couldn't have asked for better service.
