Mindy does an awesome job of pushing people past their breaking point to build them back up to someone they are happy with. Very knowledgeable and patient with clients. I would recommend training with Mindy any day.

Next level offers many options for all ages. Very experienced trainer. Clean facility and excellent location. Mindy is very knowledgeable and able to help reach all wellness, health and fitness goals.
