Great experience! Greeted by friendly staff , brought in on time . Thorough explanation on what to expect by both the Nurse and MD .All questions answered by Dr Braasch. Our medical / dental benefits were ecplained and we were able to schedule wisdom tooth removal at a time that was convenient. .

Dr Braasch was so awesome and funny (according to my daughter). She explained everything to her before he did any thing. My daughter loved Betsy. She was so amazing with my daughter (age8 with anxiety). She worked so hard and focused on my daughters needs so she was comfortable. Thank you Betsy as a mom I was relaxed also. The three “P”’s to rate my experience at NH0MS are: professional, painless, but pricey. Despite the cost, I would definitely return if further dental work were needed. I cannot give enough positive feedback regarding Dr. Braasch and his staff in providing such excellent care.
My extraction by Dr Braasch was a breeze. I was prescribed pain killers which I did not use. The implant was inserted without any problems. I am now ready for a crown. The entire process went smoothly and without any complications. Very impressed with Dr Braasch and the entire staff.
Was having several teeth removed. I was a bit nervous. Staff made me feel calm & relaxed. They were awesome.
I’m over 60 years old and I had the worst experience in my life at a dental office. I went to the Salem office to have a simple extraction by Dr. El Ounsi. Jamal was the dental assistant. I became concerned when Jamal was taking an X-ray. He didn’t know how to put the lead vest on me and had to ask another assistant for help. Listen to the patient make what’s best for your patients a priority over making money. If the patient tells you $6000 for an implant is too expensive just leave it alone. Don’t continue to pressure the patients to commit today.
