My experience is very pleasant. The staff at the front desk are always friendly. I like the on line sign in and Im always acknowledged upon entering. I really like my therapist/ counselor Nichelle Jones and being comfortable is very important to me. The atmosphere is very inviting, quiet, clean and very professional.
