I was nervous about teletherapy at first, but Nicole definitely made the experience relaxed and comfortable. She really takes the the time to put in the hard work WITH you. Instead of JUST listening we work together to create goals and learn tools to find solutions to live a happier healthy life. She is very respectful and conscious of everyone’s lifestyles and beliefs. Overall I would recommend her to any of my friends and it has been the best therapeutic experience thus far.
I wish I didn't need to have them, but grateful they are here to help me.
