My booking experience has always been very positive. Scheduling appointments is easy, even when I need to be seen on short notice. Nikki (psychologist )is responsive and makes every effort to ensure I am seen promptly so that any concerns can be addressed. I also appreciate the consistent appointment reminders I receive by phone and text, which help me stay organized and never miss a session. Nikki’s professionalism, flexibility, and commitment to her patients make the entire experience smooth and stress-free.
Nikki, as she prefers to be called is amazing. She is friendly and welcoming. I had extreme anxiety the first time we met. She knew how to do what she does right? I mean I left that session feeling absolutely no anxiety about her being my therapist. I have been to 4 therapists before her and none of them knew how to handle me with gentle caring like Nikki. Caring people that really listen to you. Nicolette absolutely is a wonderful kind-hearted person that listens to you!! I would highly recommend.
Nikki is an amazing therapist due to the fact that she challenges me to look at situations from different perspectives. She also is a tremendous listener, who understands what I am dealing with, and where my frustrations stem from whether they are personal or professional.
Nikki is kind, patient, and checks to make sure she's understanding my feelings. She ask what I want to talk about. I feel that she really cares about my well-being.
