We recently purchased a home through Nick Floratos. We required some unique accommodations in order to obtain a loan, and Nick, (along with his team), persisted through all of the challenges and came up with solutions to tackle them all. Nick provides excellent customer service and delivers fantastic results! I highly recommend him and his team to anyone in the greater Las Vegas area looking to purchase or refinance a home. Five stars all the way!!!!

When I started looking into what it takes to purchase a house, I had NO idea what it took to get there. Nick with Cardinal Financial helped me every step of the way for the past TWO years! Nick was patient and kind to me when I know I was probably annoying at times with all my questions and phone calls. A friend had recommended I contact Nick Floratos when my bank hit a snag while doing my refinance of my home and I could not be more pleased. He immediately got the ball rolling and we finished the loan quickly and painlessly. His team was very accommodating and I would highly recommend him to anyone that is in need of a home loan or refinance.
