This place doesn't know the difference between central/eastern time or am/pm. The front desk lady was rude, unprofessional, and was too busy having a loud personal conversation on the phone to do her job. They put bogus info in their iPad and have you sign but refuse to provide you a copy. After waiting an hour and a half for my appointment I left without seeing a provider.
