Nick is a very nice and normal guy and was very easy to work with. He was recommended to us, and we were very glad that he was. From the beginning, he helped us to understand our various options and helped us to outline what potential targets and budgets might be. From there Nick worked with us on every offer we put in to understand different factors and outcomes. Finally, when we had an offer accepted, he helped us to close quickly, flexibly, and with a great rate. Would highly recommend working with Nick in the future!
Nick made the whole experience so much easier, faster, and less scary. Gave great advice throughout, and would go the extra mile to explain everything before we signed any papers.
