I have seen Dr, Alexander maybe 5 times, once a year. Over a year ago my daughter was killed by a Long Beach bus. I saw Dr. A and she put me on Prozac. She never explained any side effects. I told her I couldn’t sleep and was very anxious. She ignored my words. She told me to be a yoga teacher and go to Portugal. She finally gave me 6 days of anxiety medication. No more. It was a month of little sleep, anxiety plus other side effects. I have changed doctors.She should receive no stars.

Dr Alexandra-Spencer has been my doctor for about five years. I am pleased with her as my primary physician. In addition, her assistant, Sharon and the entire staff are excellent.

Hmm, I have a totally different experience than others and don’t agree (or disagree) how Dr. Nicole was praised and gets 5 point ratings. She looks really smart and her brain seems to work fast; however it was kind of very fast encounter with the doctor (less than 10 minutes) compared to a such a long wait (45 minutes or so). The staff weren’t very kind either, I have to find a new primary doctor. However and whatever happened with my feelings, I still thank all of them for seeing me.

I don’t like how rushed the visit felt. She came in and asked what’s going on, and just quick to say it’s just viral and suggested I take allergy medicine like Claritin and Flonase. She didn’t do any further assessment, and had already gotten up and was ready to walk out the door. Urgent care Doctors really need to care more. It’s insane how visits are just an “in and out” for them unless you’re dying.

Dr. Alexander-Spencer is very knowledgeable, concerned and interested in my TOTAL well-being! She is kind and considerate - I could talk to her all day! She also shares all of my information with my specialists regularly!
