If I could give more than a 5 star rating I certainly would. I can say that this office is very professional and they care for the patient like your family. I like the fact that the staff always speak to me(even if it's just a simple Hi👋) when i visit even if they are not a part of my care team that day. They are always carry a smile and positive attitude with each visit. Thank you to all of the staff there for the outstanding job you do.
The whole appt from arrival to completion was perfectly organized, The routine was set up to meet all the needs for an annual Wellness Check appt. NP & nurse assistant were cheerful as it was obvious they enjoy their job as well as the young ladies running front & back office area.. Highly recommend.
Nicole is literally the best doctor I have ever had. Coming from dealing with terrible VA doctors she makes me feel like she actually cares and is literally so nice.
Nicole is and will always be my favorite nurse practitioner to go to Very professional very friendly and absolutely understand your needs
