My therapist has been great. Very tolerant of my inability to remember when my appointments are. I’m only giving three stars because their billing is horribly slow. It takes them about a month to send us a bill and they expect payment immediately.
I have been very pleased with Lifestance and I would highly recommend Nicole Palmer as she has been a wonderful person to work with!
