Dr Undevia is an excellent doctor! Her bedside manner is outstanding! She is very knowledgeable in her field, very kind, passionate, and understanding! I love all the doctors I have seen at Loyola! I would never go anywhere else for healthcare needs! The entire staff at Loyola is very friendly and helpful! I have had nothing but positive experiences with all of the Loyola staff since I have been a patient there back in 2013! Thank you to all of you for all the AMAZING care you have given me and my family!
I enjoyed meeting Dr. Undevia. Her cheerfulness is infectious. I pleasantly answered the many questions she had as this was my first visit. It was also virtual because of the distance. Will enthusiastically await my next appointment.
Dr Undevia is personable, takes time to listen and is an educator who provides excellent methods for treating sleep apnea, She also has knowledge of available supplies. I appreciate that Dr Undevia and staff allowed me to come to the Burr Ridge Office after I went to the First Avenue Office first. CNA Marion was also personable, efficient and her smile was infectious. I had an excellent visit! Thank you!
She let me know promptly about the CPAP recall and was very understanding about doing a video visit because of COVID-`19. She gave great advice about how to deal with both the sleep apnea and the recall.
The doctor was excellent. She spent all the time I needed to answer my questions and was very friendly and professional. I was somewhat disappointed with the receptionist who didn't want to take the time to find me a follow up appointment slot and told me to call, but they don't make appointments by phone so now I have to navigate Loyola's online booking system.
