The visit to Pediatrics Associates in WPB is Always a great experience—friendly, professional, patient, and knowledgeable staff. The doctor is professional, pleasant, and attentive, and she takes her time evaluating the patient and makes time to answer questions. The facility is always clean. The wait is usually less than a minute. I recommend to all of my family and friends.
Dr. Waleska Santiago is very kind and cares a lot for my kids. We know her for almost 13 years and she is like family to us. The whole group of Doctors are the best, the office staff is excellent, no complaints at all.
My two kids went to see the Doctor the doctor was very unprofessional one Child development is good the other child development is a little bit delayed. The doctor was telling her to follow her fingers and used her eyes and then the doctor turned to me and asked me if my child follows any direction in. School because she couldn't get her To Do what she wanted her To Do The doctor was in near rolling her eyes. It was just a lot and I don't think I would want to go back to the West Palm each office. We love our doctor and the office staff! Dr. Forbes! The front office staff is great too!!!! The only thing we do not liek is not being able to speak to them and having to speak to the call center. The worst. Especially when your baby is sick and you need immediate help!
Great location, staff and doctors. The physician is always knowledgeable and helpful when it comes to my children well being. All of the physicians are great, friendly, attentive, polite and respectful. I am greatful for this team of physicians.
