Beware of the $100 cancellation fee - this practice is not the right fit for anyone who has a rigid work schedule or who needs empathetic understanding when life things arise. I had a few connection issues because I didn't have the luxury of a private, quiet space during the workday, and she was very impatient with me, and didn't remember what I had previously said because she was eating and going through her computer.
Unfortunately the sessions did not work for us. We were never given any tools to practice outside of sessions. The only advice was “talk before sessions” The sessions were not guided or posed any questions. We literally could have done everything they did in session by ourselves. It was literally just talking back and forth with each other and her just there. Not a good fit for us.
Sessions did not work, if anything felt worse after. She would eat and navigate through her computer during our sessions. Felt like she did not care to help.
